    John Morgan Chief Executive Officer John Morgan has 42 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including drilling, completions, production, facility design, construction, and asset management. His activities span onshore, offshore, and deep-water both domestically in the lower 48 and internationally in multiple foreign countries. His roles include everything from pure start-up operations to formally managed positions including two rounds of private equity capitalization. Previously he worked for ARCO, Vastar Resources, Burlington Resources, Compass Resources, and BP. He holds a B. S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming.

    Pat Drennon President – U.S. Pat Drennon has 24 years of experience as one of the founders of Sierra Engineering and 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry overall. His areas of expertise include onsite executional design and drilling, completion and fracture simulation design, including modeling. He holds a BS MET from Texas Tech University and is a Registered Professional Engineer (Petroleum) in both Oklahoma and Texas.

    Keith Grimes President – International Keith Grimes became Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton in March of 2008 following a 28-year career in the oil and gas industry. His broad experience includes more than 20 years with Halliburton in a variety of domestic and international business leadership roles. Prior to joining us, he managed all operations for the eastern hemisphere at Expro Group, a large well testing and subsea engineering company based in Aberdeen with more than 4,000 employees located across 40 countries. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University (1980) and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

    Mike Jolley Executive Vice President Mike Jolley was an original partner of Sierra Engineering when the company was founded in 1988. Prior to his time at Sierra, he worked as a Senior Drilling Foreman at both Exxon and Tenneco Oil. He attended Odessa Junior College and San Angelo State University.

    Rick Daab Vice President Rick Daab has 34 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with a special focus on projects in the Gulf of Mexico. His primary expertise is in HPHT drilling and drilling and completion management. He has been with Sierra Engineering since 1998, where he was a Partner. Previously, he worked for Apache Corporation, Norcen Explorer, Cliffs Drilling Company, Nicor Drilling Company and Zapata Offshore and Global Marine. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Registered Professional Petroleum Engineer.

    M. Blake Patton Vice President M. Blake Patton has served as Vice President of Gulf Coast Operations since 2012. Previously, he was a Sierra Engineering Partner with the inception of their Houston office in 1998. He has also worked for a number of companies in the oil and gas industry including Houston Oil and Minerals, UMC Petroleum, Ballard Exploration, Plains Resources, Union Texas Petroleum and Walter Oil and Gas. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

    Monte Stovall Chief Administrative Officer Monte Stovall, a graduate of Texas Tech University, has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of oil and gas administrative operations and oversight. Before making Sierra Engineering her home, she worked with the operating company, Desana Development Corporation for 15 years.
